We strive to provide a comfortable safe home environment for your pup while you are away. Each new addition becomes part of the pack!

Potty breaks
Regular breaks in the yard to do their business. At lease every 4 hours, sometimes more if the puppy guests need more. Overnights are at lease 8 hours. Please let me know if your pup needs more frequent breaks overnight.

Two meals
Two meals of their own food that you provide. I feed each dog individually to avoid aggression, theft and scuffles. If I have a reluctant eater I may hand feed, add a spoon of my homemade dog food or wet food to their food as a tempting garnish. In addition I often treat the dogs throughout the day. I will give them all the same type of treat if possible, so please let me know if your dog has any allergies or food sensitivities.

Exercise
A lot of playing in the backyard. I have mobility issues, so do not often leash walk dogs, especially large dogs. Most dogs can get their zoomies out running and playing with other pups in the backyard or chasing the ball. If I have a four legged client that is very energetic I may take them for a run while I ride my recumbent bike on the nature trail around the corner from my house.

Rest
After we play hard we have to rest hard. I allow pets on my furniture, so everyone is welcome to find a spot! In addition I have two wire kennels. These remain open and are a welcome spot to hang out. On occasion I utilize them to separate dogs if there is a conflict or someone just needs some personal space.

Updates with pictures
For shorter stays I will send text updates with pictures everyday. For longer stays It may be every other. This will give you a glimpse of the fun times your dog is having! I also will utilize these messages to let you know of any behaviors, issues or injuries so we can make a plan together to best care for your dog.

What to bring
Your dog, enough food for the stay and any medications or supplements they will need. That is it! I have food and water bowls, toys, dog beds and treats to share.
Optional items you may bring: dog kennel if they require one everyday. Dog bed, toys and treats to share.
